A place to put things that helps us administer the site.

Monthly tasks (Katherine):

  1. backup website (and save on dropbox)
  2. check plugins
  3. check dashboard page

To add a partner:

  1. Add/update entry in Participants Database, tagging partner status as Partner. Make sure contact information is correct. May need to login is as pbdd
  2. Confirm that the table-based Summary of Partners reflects the information correctly, and that the link works.
  3. Edit the Details about Partner Agencies page, adding a section for the new partner (alphabetically)
  4. Add the partner to chronological page (https://pbdd.org/partners-2/)
  5. Ask the partner to put a link to us on their web page
  6. Add the partner email address to the Partners group list in gmail
  7. Add the partner (address or city, as appropriate) to Map of Partners
  8. Follow them on Twitter (if they have an account)
