Approval of February minutes.

2 New Business

1. Moving forward – weigh the costs and benefits of continuing versus dissolving
   1. Discussion summary: When we first started, there wasn’t NDIA, then they were focused on policy so we had a role in connecting partners. As they grew, and held conferences, they took over what we had imagined we might do and more. We no longer see a need for PBDD to exist.
2. Motion was made by Barry Glicklich that we work to dissolve Partners Bridging the Digital Divide (PBDD), aiming to complete the process by February 2027. Motion was seconded by Katherine Lato and passed unanimously by all board members.
3. Motion was made by Barry Glicklich that we upon dissolution, funds should go to NDIA  Motion was seconded by Maryanna Milton and passed unanimously by all board members.
4. Next steps – Develop complete dissolution plan, including:
   1. Publish official resolution to dissolve, in minutes
   2. Notify IRS – final statement,
   3. Notify State of Illinois
   4. Close out credit card
   5. Close out bank account
   6. Archive web site data in available location
   7. Notify NDIA & other community members
