2 Information Sharing
- Web page updates: Major revamp of top level completed, Research, Infographics, Training, ACP Resources, Gov’t Initiatives, Conferences
- PA Initiative: Barry is a member. The group has engaged people from NTIA (providing the funding) and the PA broadband authority to participate in the meetings. Saves everyone time to have them participate early in the process about what the group is thinking of doing.
- Experience paper input received from C2K. Notes in a google doc.
- Newsletter for August- released
- Lauren, volunteer researcher visited AZsTRUT. The project is wrapping up with a presentation on how to make feedback/survey system automatic and easy. She fulfilled her fellowship requirements but will probably stay on for a bit.
- NDIA put out a blog post of useful training resources. Have linked to it from our website, and they may use some of our resources.
3 Action Item Status Updates
Walking through Action Item List and noting updates. In the minutes, this will record items closed during meeting.
- Closed 8/12/22. Open 8/8/22. Write a letter to NDIA planning committee expressing concerns about the health of attendees to Net Inclusion. Kansas might be a much better choice. Or Illinois. Or somewhere else that doesn’t endanger women’s health.
- We wrote the letter, heard back from them that they aren’t changing the location.
