Approval of August minutes.

2 Information Sharing

• Web page updates: Not many.
• Pennsylvania State Digital Equity Coalition (PASDEC)- website 2.0 discussions, PEW may take over website, it may be renamed KIC.
• Arizona Digital Inclusion Network (ADIN) – Added several more partners with logos to the website. ADIN is creating a letter in response to the draft of the Arizona BEAD plan. Also planning activities for Digital Inclusion week. Reaching out to more organizations and groups. 
• Net Inclusion:  all board members registered. Barry is on National Planning Committee.

3 Strategic Discussion

What are our strong points? We’re small, so can be quick in response to a need. We also tend to step back and look for commonality in different organizations doing similar things and can learn from each other.

May want to meet every other month.
